The Guy Morel High Achievement Scholarship was initiated in 2018. This initiative provides two fully funded scholarships—one earmarked for undergraduate studies and the other for postgraduate studies. Eligible applicants must be citizens of Seychelles and must hold either an A-level certificate or Baccalauréat. The scholarship programme aims to support outstanding individuals who demonstrate exceptional academic and non-academic achievements. The programme is also committed to fostering the development of skilled professionals within the local financial services sector.
